Our York Suite package offers everything you need for your event, also benefiting from its own separate entrance and foyer area.
The York Suite offers fantastic flexibility, with the ability to hold civil ceremonies for up to 350 guests. The York Suite can also cater for 250 guests for a dinner dance or up to 300 for banqueting.
Situated on the ground floor with plenty of natural daylight, the room is neutrally decorated to allow you to create your ideal colour scheme for your special day.
The space also offers its own private bar and washroom facilities along with a well equipped kitchen for your caterers to use.

Oatlands Park Hotel offers two fantastic event spaces for your wedding day.
Our Mulberry is a truly stunning room and offers a huge amount of light from the enormous windows, access to the lawns and terrace, neutral decor and high ceilings. The Mulberry can seat up to 150 guests for a civil ceremony or 160 guests for a dinner dance. It also has its own Bar, 1509 so your guests don't need to leave the party to get a drink!
Our York Suite is available for dry hire for larger ceremonies and receptions and is hugely popular for Asian, Afro Caribbean and Jewish celebrations. It benefits from its own private kitchen allowing one of our preferred external caterers to look after all of your catering needs. The York Suite also has its own private entrance, washroom facilities, foyer area and private bar.
The York Suite can also be split into three smaller spaces allowing smaller wedding receptions with in-house catering to use this venue as well; a hugely flexible space!
Packages are designed for a minimum of 50 adults but our team are happy to provide bespoke quotations for smaller events and to tailor packages to suit your requirements, whether this is adding catering items, switching from a seated meal to a more laid back BBQ menu, including a drinks package, DJ or photo booth; the team are happy to assist.
With a wedding coordinator to help you through your planning and an operations manager to run your day, you can relax and enjoy every moment!
