A unique, privately owned, historic wedding venue in Surrey, with a license for civil ceremonies, a 17th century Tithe Barn and a two and a half acre walled garden surrounded by 1,400 acres of parkland.
The magnificent Great Hall is a wonderful venue for a civil ceremony with a unique atmosphere. Beautiful paintings and works of art adorn the walls reflecting a fascinating history stretching back over four centuries. During the summer months, Drinks Receptions can be held in our stunning two and a half acre Walled Garden, the perfect backdrop for photographs. The 17th century Tithe Barn is a spectacular and yet intimate space that can accommodate up to 140 guests for a civil ceremony and Wedding Breakfast and up to 180 later in the evening.
New facilities include a Bride's Room and overnight accommodation for the Bride and Groom (from June 2019). Woodland weddings can take place in our Ashen Copse Wood during the summer months.
