The Swan is located in the heart of the beautiful seaside town of Southwold. After a full renovation in 2017, our hotel is a stunning venue for your wedding.

There are many areas in the hotel suitable for taking wedding pictures and Southwold beach is just two hundred meters away.

The emphasis at The Swan has always been on fine food, wine and exceptional service. Should you wish to talk to our chef or members of the Adnams wine team to ensure every detail is perfect for you, they’ll be happy to help. We want to tailor-make an experience you will remember for years to come.

Ceremonies are held in The Reading Room on the first floor with views over Southwold’s Marketplace and out towards the sea. As its name suggests, this lovely room is flooded with natural light and features bookcases. It’s the perfect room for small wedding ceremonies.
