Weddings at Buckatree Hall are all about you. We will help you create your magical day in a woodland setting, the backdrop to the most special day of your life.
We are pleased to be one of the counties finest leading wedding venues, a reputation we are extremely proud of and want to share with you.
However, there is much more to the setting than our breath taking views of the Shropshire countryside. 62 guest bedrooms, including our Penthouse bridal suite set over two floors, Lakeside restaurant, Lander bar & lounge and the beautiful, recently refurbished Sir John Bayley suite with private bar and air conditioning.
The only limitation is imagination. We will tailor a wedding package to suit your exacting requirements, whether it be traditional, contemporary or bespoke. Our suites can be dressed to co-ordinate and compliment your colour scheme and create and individual look.
We are licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships, both inside and outside. We can cater for up to 100 day guests and 150 evening guests. We understand that planning your special day can be overwhelming to begin with, however, we will be there to guide and advise you along the way.

Yes. We are licenced for civil ceremonies both indoors and outdoors in either our Lakeside or Sir John Bayley Suite or our special outdoor area with pagoda.
Yes. We have seating for 50 and are able to accommodate an addition 30 guests standing.
We do not allow guests to bring their own drinks.
We do not allow external caterers.
As standard you are able to decorate the room on the morning of your event, however, more often than not access is available, but not guaranteed the day before.
Evening entertainment is permitted until midnight and we then allow a further 30 minutes for finishing up, however, we are able to extend this, subject to terms and conditions.
This would be dependent on how many bedrooms you have reserved with the wedding party. If you do not have many guests staying the night and we have a full hotel with other people we may need to impose some restrictions. Our function suite is fitted with a noise limiter with can be turned on or off at our discretion.
