We have plenty of options available here at Hawkwell House, the sky is the limit! From intimate celebrations of 20 up to evening receptions of 250 guests, the possibilities are endless. Our Thames Suite can accommodate up to 150 seated guests and 250 evening guests. If you're looking for something more intimate, no problem... our Cherwell Suite provides the perfect backdrop for 20 of your nearest and dearest.

Across its three acres of picturesque gardens, Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel is home to two manor houses. Dating back to the 19th century, we add a dose of historic charm to any celebration. The Thames Suite offers classic banquet hall surroundings alongside lots of natural light and a neutral colour scheme. This room is a blank canvas, offering a versatile space that you can easily transform into your perfect space with your personal touches. Couples are invited to host both their ceremony and reception here, as this is a licensed wedding venue (both inside and out!) Once the day has drawn to a close, the newlyweds and their guests can retire to the hotel's comfortable rooms for a restful night of sleep.
