Can we have exclusive use of the venue?
When you choose Bron Eifion for your luxury wedding, both the beautiful house, bedrooms, and gardens become yours for the most important and special day of your life. And what makes Bron Eifion unique and extra special is that you are not obliged to fill all the bedrooms, you can pick and choose what you need whilst being confident only you and your guests will be attending your wedding!
Are you licenced for civil ceremonies?
The hotel is licensed for civil ceremonies, indoors and in the gardens. The Llechwedd Room accommodates up to 24 guests The Garden Room up to 150 guests Outdoor Gazebo up to 120 guests
Can we have the wedding ceremony outdoors?
Yes - the Gazebo and Gardens is licensed for outdoor ceremonies
Do you charge corkage if we supply our own wine?
Corkage is available for Champagne and Sparkling wines only
Can we use our own caterers?
We not provide a service for outside catering suppliers to attend your wedding
From what time can we get access to decorate the venue?
The venue is decorated by the Hotel staff - further details on request
What time does the reception need to finish?
The music and Bar is licensed until 12.00 midnight.
Are there noise restrictions if we have a live band?
The hotel has many live band performances and whilst there are noise levels to be considered this is not an issue at the hotel.
Are fireworks allowed?
Fireworks are not allowed - only sparklers for photos
Is confetti allowed?
Confetti is allowed outdoors in the gardens but not indoors
Are candles allowed?
Candles are allowed but must be supplied in appropriate candle holders for fire safety
Is there a honeymoon or bridal suite?
The Dwyfor Suite is available for the wedding couple on the night of the wedding complimentary
Is there accommodation on site?
The hotel has 16 bedrooms available for your and your guests if required, but is not essential in terms of booking your wedding.

There are many local accommodation providers within a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the hotel
