About Meols Hall, Tithe Barn
Our exclusive 400 year old candlelit Tithe Barn situated in the stunning grounds of Meols Hall in Churchtown. Southport's historical manor house dates back to the 12th century and is available to you with exclusive use. With a church just across the road, we can therefore offer you the option of marrying with us, or using the barn as your wedding breakfast and reception venue after your Church Wedding.
Our exclusive 400 year old candlelit Tithe Barn has been meticulously restored by local craftsmen. You will find the unique atmosphere a very special place to hold your wedding ceremony and/or reception. The large unspoilt, traditional courtyard and Coach House, are the perfect place for your guests to enjoy the occasion.
There are excellent photographic opportunities within the acres of idyllic wooded parkland including the bridge overlooking the estate.
From 50 up to 120 guests can be catered for a wedding reception with facilities for up to 150 guests at night. We are able to provide a complete package for catering, bar service, Master of Ceremonies and entertainment. We take pride in ensuring your wedding is as individual as you are.
