Our beautiful main wedding room, the Hawthorne Suite, can hold up to 90 guests and has a unique curved staircase that will make your wedding photos look amazing. The vast grounds at our hotel wedding venue in Lincolnshire are also great for arty shots, along with outdoor mingling before the ceremony.

The Hawthorne Suite is a unique setting that will set the seal on your once-in-a-lifetime day. Whatever the time of year, the floor to ceiling windows offer breathtaking views over our picturesque gardens and golf course. The Hawthorne Suite is licenced to hold civil ceremonies and wedding breakfasts up to 90 guests, and evening receptions for up to 120 guests.
The Major Oak is the ideal setting for larger weddings. This room boasts an exclusive bar and entertainment area where all your family and friends can stay together in a private area. The room is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and evening receptions for up to 230 guests, and wedding breakfasts for up to 180 guests.
The Willow Suite is a beautiful room for intimate weddings, with a private balcony and views for miles across our golf course. With it's private bar, the Willow Suite is the perfect space for those small and intimate weddings for under 30 guests.

Unfortunately we do not offer exclusive use of the entire venue, however we will only host 1 wedding celebration on any day.
Yes! We are licenced for civil ceremonies for parties anywhere between 10 and 200 guests.
Unfortunately we are not licenced for outdoor ceremonies, but we do have a lovely outdoor space for you to have your photographs and drinks reception.
All of our wedding packages do include wine, but if you did want to discuss corkage, it is something we can certainly accommodate.
We do ask that all catering is arranged through the hotel, however we do have recommended suppliers for Ethnic wedding celebrations that you are welcome to use at the venue.
Access is guaranteed for all suppliers from 7:00am on the morning of your wedding. We also have a fabulous events team who are more than happy to set up any items you may wish to provide.
Our entertainment and private bar licence is until 01:00am, so you are more than welcome to keep your celebrations going until then!
There are no restrictions or noise limiters in any of our function spaces.
Yes, although we do ask that you book these through our recommended supplier. For details, speak to our wedding coordinator who will be happy to provide you with details.
Yes, as long as it is biodegradable and used outdoors, you are more than welcome to get those all important confetti shots!
We do allow real candles, we do just ask that battery operated, LED candles are used for any aisle or floor level decorations.
Yes, we have 4 suites in total at the hotel, 2 of which we use as bridal suites as they are located on the first floor and close by to our function spaces.
Yes. The hotel has 136 bedrooms in total, and we do offer special rates for any weddings which are hosted at the venue.
Belton Woods is located 15 to 20 minutes outside of Grantham town centre, where there are 3 or 4 other local hotels as well as independent guest houses.
