A romantic and secluded civil licensed wedding barn in Clitheroe with exclusive use of Browsholme's grounds and lakes. Beautifully restored, the stunning Tithe Barn is available for your wedding ceremony, breakfast and reception.

At Browsholme we aim to allow the bride and groom as much choice and assistance as possible. Whether it’s sack races on the lawn, a great photographer, a horse and carriage or even a helicopter. Our couples can relax knowing that we will be able to help make their dream wedding a reality.

Stone built, the Tithe Barn comprises two magnificent spaces retaining the original stonework and timber features. The Barn has a capacity to host civil ceremonies and receptions for 120 guests. The evening party can cater for 180. Outside there is a private courtyard and bar to entertain guests. A wood-fired pizza oven produces homemade food for the evening party.

There is no standard format at Browsholme. Our couples are free to create your dream wedding, perfectly tailored to their ideas and preferences. The style of menu, seating, decorations, flowers, wine – perhaps a cocktail or gin bar – music and other entertainment is their choice. Our very experienced caterers provide flawless organisation with delicious award winning food, delivered by a team of highly personable and professional staff.
