The Oak Barn, Frame Farm wedding deal
The perfect venue for your Micro Wedding!

Heritage, character and rural beauty all combine in perfect harmony at The Oak Barn. Nestled in an idyllic valley in the heart of the Weald of Kent, every detail of this Grade II listed venue has been designed to make the perfect setting for your intimate wedding.
When it comes to your wedding, it’s not just about finding a venue, it’s about discovering somewhere to create memories that will stay with you forever.
The Oak Barn is a series of stunning buildings situated in a beautiful rural location that bring an authentic elegance to your wedding.
Whether you are 4 or 30 the 22 acre farm is a stunning venue for your Wedding. You have the choice of hosting your ceremony and/or reception in The Byre, with its simple elegance and all-encompassing views, or in the magnificent high-vaulted Oak Barn. Both barns have underfloor heating and The Oak Barn has a cosy woodburner.
Stepping outside The Byre takes you to the secluded terrace, where you can enjoy time with friends or simply take a moment together, watching as the sun sets down the valley.
At the end of the evening, you do not have to go far to find your sanctuary. Just across the courtyard sits Weaver’s Cottages, five sumptuous cottages for our wedding couples and their guests. The cottages have all been finished impeccably and tastefully decorated with a mix of modern and classical furnishings to create individual spaces that combine elegance, comfort and luxury.
Terms and conditions
We realise that these are uncertain times. We are committed to our couples and throughout this pandemic we listen to their wishes and help find the best alternative plan:
"I can't praise them enough. We were due to be Married in 2020. We’ve had to change our plans and dates multiple times due to lockdowns and travel restrictions. Repeatedly postponing a Wedding has been frustrating, but it's been made so much easier by Deana, Tim and Polly, whose communication, efficiency, kindness, patience and support have been tireless. We haven't had our Wedding yet, but wanted to say how brilliant they have been and how wonderful the venue is. For the past year, we’ve been living down the road from the Oak Barn, and you can't help but gawp at this beautifully renovated, lovingly cared-for farm whenever you pass by. Every Season compliments the farm in its own way-lambs in the Spring, sunsets in Summer (right over their fields), colours in the Autumn, and underfloor heating, wood-burner and fairy-lights wound around the old, oak-beams make it a magical Winter venue. It's a 5min walk to one of the best pubs in the area, it's surrounded by footpaths through ancient woodland and 'areas of outstanding natural beauty', and Weavers Cottages and the Venue buildings and kitted out with everything you'd need to accommodate the perfect celebration or get-away. We’re grateful to the team, and so looking forward to celebrating our Wedding with them." Sarah & Rich, postponed wedding to 2021
