Can we have exclusive use of the venue?

Do you charge corkage if we supply our own wine?
Can we use our own caterers?
Yes, everything must be prepared and cooked onsite in our kitchen but we need their documentation such as, public liability insurance, health and safety certificates and qualifications before we can allow them to cook on our premises.
From what time can we get access to decorate the venue?
Depending on what we have booked, usually we allow access from 9am to the venue for decorators or vendors to come in and decorate.
What time does the reception need to finish?
Are there noise restrictions if we have a live band?
No, we do not have any noise restrictions, however we do ask that you do not exceed 89decibels as we have guests inhouse.
Are fireworks allowed?
Is confetti allowed?
No, only outside and they need to be biodegradable
Are candles allowed?
Only LED candles, no naked fires allowed.
Is there a honeymoon or bridal suite?
No, but we do have 4 suites

Yes, we have 180 rooms.
