Frequently asked questions
Can we have exclusive use of the venue?
Our Venue has several ceremony & reception rooms so there can be a couple of Weddings or Events on the same day. If you require exclusive use of the Venue, this will need to be discussed with your Wedding Coordinator and the Managing Director depending on the day of the week, season and how many guests.
Are you licenced for civil ceremonies?
We are Yes.
Can we have the wedding ceremony outdoors?
We can offer outdoor Ceremonies. Subject to availability.
Do you charge corkage if we supply our own wine?
We do not. We have a full wine list we can send through.
Can we use our own caterers?
We do not allow any outside catering. We have a variety of Menu available to send through.
From what time can we get access to decorate the venue?
Our Team will decorate your Wedding Ceremony/Reception for you. This is due to another Wedding of Event may be using the same Suite the night prior. You will have a "Drop Off" meeting 2 days prior with your Wedding Coordinator, to go through all your decorations.
What time does the reception need to finish?
Friday-Sunday Midnight Thursday 11:30pm Monday-Wednesday 11pm
Are there noise restrictions if we have a live band?
There are not.
Are fireworks allowed?
Unfortunately not, we can allow sparklers in our Gardens though! This is due to us being a residential area.
Is confetti allowed?
Confetti is allowed. If this is for outside in our Gardens, this is required to be bio degradable.
Are candles allowed?
Yes, please provide holders.
Is there a honeymoon or bridal suite?
We have a Bridal Suite. Our Executive Rooms are also beautiful rooms and are included in our Wedding Packages for the Happy Couple on the night of their Wedding.
Is there accommodation on site?
Yes, we have 115 bedrooms.
