FAQs

Yes, The whole of the Festival Fields are for your exclusive use from Friday 12pm - Sunday 12pm (Based on a weekend hire)

As with most outdoor venues, the fields themselves don’t hold an official wedding license, but that doesn’t mean you can’t hold your civil ceremony here. The priory itself has 2 licensed areas for civil ceremonies which you have the option of hiring out. If you wish to have your ceremony in the field then you still have the option of a Celebrant style ceremony but you’ll just need to pop to your local registry office to sign the official documents at another time to legalize your commitment to one another.

Yes you can, however it can't be a legal civil ceremony. You can have a celebrant style ceremony outdoors.

This will depend on the catering company you choose and their licensing terms.

Yes you can. We offer you a list of options with regards to catering companies we have worked with before and trust. However if you wish to go with another company that's fine with us.

You can access the venue from 12pm the day before your wedding.

We ask the party to finish at 12am with all guests who are not camping to leave the site by 12.30am please.

We are limited to 95db on the dancefloor which is the legal limit. Most bands will be used to this as it is a reasonable and safe level for inside a temporary structure.

Unfortunately because of the close proximity of horses we can't allow fireworks.

Confetti is fine as long as its biodegradable.

Candles are allowed as long as they are in sealed containers. E.g Lantern style holders
