No, we do not allow external caterers onsite. Any food and drink must be provided by Crowne Plaza Basingstoke
The Weddings team will set up the room prior to your arrival. Any extra decorations can be arranged via your weddings coordinator
The bar and music are to be finished by 1am Monday - Saturday and 12am on a Sunday. We are a 24 hours licensed bar for in house guests only, with the ability for room charge only. We can not accept cash/debit or credit card after this time. Guests who are staying overnight, can use the main hotel bar for beverages which will be room charge only
