The Barn at Upcote hosts Cotswold Stone Barns surrounding a landscaped courtyard, offering the perfect blank canvas to design a day that reflects you as a couple.
Your standard venue hire rate includes the following:
Exclusive use of the Barns (Threshing Barn, Grain Store, Sheep Shed, Cart Lodge) for your wedding day from 10am to end of the evening
Exclusive use of the venue grounds of top lawn and courtyard
Use of their secret garden, fields and woodland for your couple photographs
Their professional and experienced wedding coordinators to help you from initial enquiry through to the morning after
Their venue staff and bar staff on your wedding day
Use of the Hay Barn honeymoon suite on your wedding day from 11am (for getting ready) and including night of the wedding to the following morning, with complimentary continental breakfast
Furniture including chairs and tables (trestle or round tables)
Ceremony set up – The Barn at Upcote doesn’t charge you extra if you would like to have your ceremony onsite
Fully stocked and staffed bar which accepts cash, card, contactless and Apple payment

Yes, there is a honeymoon suite at The Barn at Upcote, the beautiful Hay Barn. The use of this suite is already included in our venue hire fees. You have access to this room starting from 11 am on your wedding day until 10 am the following day. Additionally, we offer you a continental breakfast for the morning after.
