About Moor Hall
An Exclusive wedding venue nestled in the heart of Essex, offering a tranquil setting for your fairy-tale wedding. Licensed for civil ceremonies with onsite accommodation, it is the perfect location for your wedding from start to finish.
Moor Hall is steeped in history, a most perfect setting with beautiful gardens and a pretty woodland walk; a spectacular backdrop for any type of wedding.
Our marquee accommodates a maximum of 120 seated people for a wedding breakfast and a total maximum of 200 for an evening reception.
The interior boasts neutral colours to compliment a variety of colour themes with oak flooring, cream linings and a partition curtain at the top end of the marquee to disclose DJ’s, bands or to make a smaller reception more intimate.
Use the pavilion area for welcome drinks, your gift table, a photobooth or even just a quiet place to retire to – the choice is all yours.
During the evening, the marquee will transform into a magical place for you to entertain your guests as they dance on our pristine white dance floor underneath a twinkly starlight ceiling whilst a full LED lighting system illuminates the marquee with a colour of your choice from white, blue, pink, red, yellow or green.
