Can we have exclusive use of the venue?
Yes. All of our events at Lillibrooke are exclusive use!
Are you licenced for civil ceremonies?
Yes. We have 4 different spaces on the estate licenced for your civil ceremony. The Great Barn, The Engine House, The Cloister Garden and most popularly, The Small Barn.
Can we have the wedding ceremony outdoors?
Yes! We have the beautiful Cloister Garden for outdoor wedding ceremonies when weather permits. If you have planned for an outdoor wedding and it rains, we can set up the ceremony on the day in the Small Barn which is just next to the garden, which is just as lovely!
Do you charge corkage if we supply our own wine?
We don't charge corkage, but we do charge glass hire. If you want to know more about this, please call us.
From what time can we get access to decorate the venue?
You can come in from 8am on the day to decorate the venue.
Is confetti allowed?
Is there a honeymoon or bridal suite?
No. But we do have the Cottage Room which is where our brides get ready in the morning before their wedding ceremony.
Is there accommodation on site?
No. Please look on our website for more information about where to stay.
Can we use our own caterers?
Are there noise restrictions if we have a live band?

What time does the reception need to finish?
Extension to licence hours can be arranged.
Are fireworks allowed?
Are candles allowed?
No naked flames. The candles need to be protected in hurricane lamps or similar.
