A Royal Windsor Wedding for £3,250

Instructions

• Civil ceremony room hire
• Wedding breakfast room hire
• A private drinks reception inclusive of one glass of Prosecco or orange juice per person
• A three course set menu, plus tea, coffee and petit fours
• Half a bottle of wine per person
• A glass of Prosecco per person for the toast
• Evening buffet of bacon rolls for 50 guests
• A dedicated co-ordinator to assist you during the planning stages
• A dedicated banqueting manager to look after you and your guests throughout your special day
• Printing of your place cards, table plan and menus
• Red carpet on arrival
• Cake stand and knife
• Complimentary superior double bedroom for the happy couple on the night of the wedding inclusive of Champagne and breakfast

Menu tasting, chair covers and sashes are available at an additional charge.
Additional bacon rolls are charged at £6.00 per bacon roll per person.

Terms and conditions: Subject to availability and on certain dates only in 2020/2021. Valid for new bookings made before 30th November 2020. Friday & Saturday’s in December 2020/2021 excluded – Offer available between 27th December – 30th December 2020/2021. The above set package is based on 50 day guests and 50 evening guests. Items are as described above and cannot be changed. Extra guests are chargeable at £65 per additional day guest.

What can we say! We had the most fabulous day! Everything, and I mean absolutely everything exceeded expectations! The castle hotels hosting, friendliness, timings, food, service, accommodation, atmosphere, everything everything, everything was perfect!! We can’t thank you all enough!!!

We had our wedding reception at the castle hotel on 29th June 2018 this year we are so glad we picked this venue. The day was perfect and the team at castle hotel were helpful and had everything done to perfection. Right from the moment we saw this venue 3 years ago we fell in love with the Windsor suite and knew this is where we wanted to celebrate our special day in the beautiful ballroom. Kate was our planner and she made sure the day was everything we wanted and help us with all our needs. The food was out of this world and really catered for my allergy and the guests are still saying now how fabulous the food and service was. Monica was our event planner for the day and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure everything was set up on time , all the food was out on time and that myself and my husband was satisfied and our guests. I can't thank the castle hotel enough for the amazing service and food they did for us on our wedding day and all the planning to the run up of the day. I would recommend any bride or groom who are looking for the perfect venue to go with the castle hotel. We will definitely revisit the castle hotel for our first wedding anniversary and I have been since for my birthday afternoon tea which was lovely. One of my favourite hotels in the area and it holds one of the best memories in my life !
