PartyFest Rentals is based in Manchester and we specialise in wedding decor, venue styling and Hire to DIY-Dress It Yourself or props hire for all types of events. We have an extensive variety of rustic and contemporary venue decor available to hire and can't wait to hear from you. Our dedicated team understands how difficult it can be to find the perfect decorations for your special day which is why we have designed and acquired a range of gorgeous items that will creatively enhance your event.

Services Offered
We are able to cater for your individual requirements and budgets. Our items can be hired individually or as a part of a personal package. The team will listen, pay attention to detail and work with you to create a beautiful space and transform your venue. You can choose from centrepieces, table and chair covers or drapes, floral chandeliers, aisle decor, post boxes, sweet or drinks carts, wedding signs and much more for your ceremony and reception. Couples can hire these creatives for a DIY wedding and we promise to provide quality products and excellent service at a moderate budget. We cover the North West, Derbyshire, Yorkshire and will consider further afield based on request.

Yes, we do! Are there any areas of your venue that you would like styling? Venue can be a blank canvas or one that already comes with some décor. You can share pictures of your inspiration, ideas/requirements, we can look at your space, advise as necessary and together we can visualise your preferred look for the day. We will work to create a beautiful space for you and transform your venue to just the way you visualised it or better for your big day.
Most of our products are delivered and collected for FREE within 15 miles of Denton – M34. You will be charge a nominal fee for delivery outside of Manchester or over the 15 miles radius. All deliveries and collections will need to be pre agreed and 72 hours notice must be given for all deliveries. Kindly note that, the option to collect and return can be arranged at no cost but the customer is responsible for loading, unloading and transporting the goods from premises to site.
Yes, the team is on site and I am always present on the day, all hands on deck to deliver, set up and collect. We love to see the finish work and have lunch at the local.
Hire time on most of our products is between 8 – 24 hours. Extra time, other delivery or collection requirements can be discussed at the booking stage.
Our minimum spend is £300 for venue styling. Free set up and take down provided on bookings over £800. DIY & Individual items can be collected and returned at no cost but the customer is responsible for loading, unloading and transporting the goods from premises to site. A refundable security deposit will be required for items hired and paid for on a DIY basis.

The Good(s) is returned to the premises and in the physical control or possession of Partyfest Rentals as is agreed between both parties. Security deposit will be refunded when item(s) are inspected and confirmed to be in the same condition as received.
The Customer will pay the rental for the hire Good(s) up to and including the date it notifies the Company that the hire Good(s) have been lost, stolen and/or damaged beyond economic repair. From that date until the Company has replaced such hire Good(s) the Customer shall pay, as a genuine pre estimate of lost rental profit, a sum as liquidated damages being equal to two thirds of the rental that would have applied for such hire Good(s) for that period.
