We are Sam and Steve, a husband and wife team of documentary wedding photographers. Based in Bicester, we have photographed over 350 weddings. Guides for Brides Customer Service Winners for Photography in 2019 and 2020. We also produce the popular wedding themed podcast The Sam and Steve Podcast. We have been professional photographers since 2009.

If the thought of a bossy wedding photographer, taking over your wedding, ordering people about and interrupting your day fills you with dread....then we may just have the answer! A Husband wife team, Sam and Steve Photography specialises in candid, documentary style wedding photography; capturing not controlling, observing not ordering, relaxed not regimented! We work in the background, listening and observing, and using our small and non-intimidating cameras we tell the story of your day. We always work together as a husband and wife team, capturing all the key moments from (both of you) getting ready until at least one hour after your first dance. We photograph the party after your first dance (it's a key part of the day!), and only leave when you are happy for us to do so. We charge for the day, not by the hour.
