I love photographing weddings. I love recording the day as it unfolds in my natural photographs, as every wedding is different. All the details, the people, the laughter and the tears – your photos should bring it all back.

Hello. My name’s Tim and I’m a photographer. A pretty good one at that. I am also extremely pleasant to have around at your wedding. That's all you need to know, really.

I come from a family of artists, and making special images is in my blood. Although it might sound a little corny, I really care about the photographs I take and I believe this reflects not only in my work but in how I approach every wedding.

My philosophy is quite simple – by allowing people to relax and be themselves I can capture the unique essence of your day. Every wedding is different.

My style fits with what some people call Documentary, or Reportage, but I try to be careful using terms like that as they tend to sound a little self-important. I’ve worked hard to develop a style which is both creative and very natural.

I’m based at my studio in Folkestone, Kent and normally shoot in Kent, Sussex and London but I do travel outside this area too. The furthest I've been for a wedding is Australia, but that's about as far as I'd go.

I also usually make the tea for my clients.
