About Groove Manuva

Groove Manuva are a fab wedding/party band available to hire. The band are based in Leeds and Manchester but frequently play all over the country.

Members of Groove Manuva have been entertaining audiences for the last 16 years and with the band in it's current line up for the last 5 years. They have a wealth of experience between them ranging from performances on the Jools Holland show, the Montreux jazz festival, Glastonbury, T in the Park, European festivals, SXSW in Texas and as part of the BBC Yorkshire symphony orchestra. Members have also performed alongside the likes of the Happy Mondays, Coldplay, Underworld, the Kaiser Chiefs, Joe Strummer and Kate Nash.

Our standard line up is a 7-piece band - female vocals, male vocals, drums, bass, guitar, saxophone and keyboards. Extra musicians can be added to suit any requirements you might have and we can also play with a smaller line up for a reduced fee. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss options or how we can help you achieve the perfect event.

The band will provide background music at the start of the night, at the intervals and at the end of the night from our laptop free of charge. You are welcome to provide us with a pre-prepared playlist on ipod or similar or we will play music from our extensive collection for you.
