Sound Generation is a family business founded by Sofia Wilde and James Titshall in 2010.

Sofia and James are both musicians who met whilst studying Popular Music Performance, in London.
They have worked alongside artists such as George Benson, Roberta Flack, Ed Sheeran, Jocelyn Brown and Omar, and have both recorded for TV and Radio.

Through their own experience performing at venues, weddings and events, they saw that the industry was saturated with substandard wedding bands, tribute acts and out of touch Dj’s.

What seemed to be lacking was a company with live band experience that could offer clients contemporary, fresh, engaging artists for their event; musicians that were actually working in the music industry!

And so the idea for Sound Generation was born.

We now work with over 100 musicians, vocalists and live bands, providing music entertainment for multinational companies, independent restaurants and bars, and private clients, across London and the UK.

WE LOVE MUSIC! Because we’re passionate about what we do, we’re 100% dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients. We’re also committed to supporting and nurturing our acts’ careers. We strongly believe that if people enjoy what they do, that filters down to people on the receiving end – clients.
