This is your special day, and what better way to celebrate than with some traditional Scottish dancing! Don’t worry about knowing the dance moves, or whether people will dance, we will get everyone up and showing their moves. Whether they are 4 or 84 your guests will be talking about your wedding party for years to come. Working closely with you, I will ensure that your celebration goes without a hitch and you can enjoy your day, your way. Ceilidhs are the perfect way to celebrate the union of two souls, with fun, laughter and a great time!

I cover the UK, including the Channel Islands. The cost of travel would be included in your final quote. There would be no additional expense costs charged to you.

As a guide, the fee ranges from around £375 for a solo "DJ Ceilidh" up to £1500 for a full ceilidh band including dancers. For a band (3 musicians and myself calling you can expect the cost to be around £950). I always offer a bespoke ceilidh, tailored to you and your wedding theme. Both the Ceilidh DJ and live band options take about an hour to set up and sound check. This includes a dynamic Risk Assessment prior to the start of the ceilidh.

Ceilidhs are flexible. For example, the full ceilidh set lasts for about 2 1/2-3 hours including a break in the middle. We have a couple of dances and a break, then repeat until a longer break about an hour in. Or you can book an option for a longer ceilidh, a ceilidh/DJ set, or an hour dance to break the ice and get your guests up on the floor, then follow on with a disco.
