I started Bliss out of frustration with shopping for wedding rings in the High Street. I felt disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of choice available in the stores.

I wanted a more personal and enjoyable experience, where I could sit down and take my time to look at lots of styles – and maybe even come up with my own design so that my husband and I could get the rings we’d dreamed about.

Most of all, I wanted to avoid the hard sell that spoils what should be a wonderful experience. I built Bliss to provide our customers with the experience I wish I’d received.

We will take the time to help you choose the perfect ring. We will bring more than 800 sample rings for you to view and try on in the comfort of your own home – at a time that suits you.

All our appointments are free and completely without any obligation to buy. There are no time constraints, so whether you take 30 minutes or 3 hours – you will not be hurried along to make a decision.
