About Explore Chocolate

We host chocolate making Hen Parties at our rural workshop, suitable for all ages and abilities of hens! Hens will get to create (and eat) their own handmade chocolates! We also create handcrafted artisan chocolates as wedding favours your big day.

We currently have two different hen party options to choose from:

Option 1
On you arrival you will receive a welcome drink (non-alcoholic) this will be followed by a mini tasting session with the head chocolatier, of a variety of chocolates. You will then be given the opportunity to create your own chocolate truffles under the guidance of a chocolatier. You will be able to wrap any chocolates you haven’t yet eaten to take home with you. The bride will be given a complimentary party bag from all of us at Explore Chocolate.
Duration: approximately 1-1.5 hours

Option 2
On arrival you will be welcomed by chocolate mocktails and infusions. You will then be instructed by the head chocolatier to create your own filled and hand dipped chocolate creations. Whilst the chocolates are setting you will have a guided chocolate tasting session, before packing up your own chocolates to take home with you. The bride will be given a complimentary party bag from all of us at Explore Chocolate.

All of our chocolates are handcrafted in small batches this means we are able to use the finest chocolate from around the world and the highest quality ingredients. We try to use seasonal and local products wherever possible and are able to create unique recipes, handcraft personalised decorations and even print your names on to the chocolate!
