My 'Husband' and I recently got married here. We'd wanted an intimate, relaxed wedding in a pretty location where our guests would feel comfortable and special. Blue Pigeons surpassed our expectations! The venue was oh so pretty, informal but special. The staff were the best I've come across for many a year. Friendly, accommodating and efficient. Honestly nothing was too much trouble and they were so polite and clearly keen to ensure we were totally looked after. They made me feel so special, any request I had throughout the day they were keen to fulfil. The food was amazing, we had the gourmet buffet in the garden and it was perfect. Great variety and absolutely delicious. All positive comments from guests. The hotel is as it is described, boutique. Small and intimate and very well run. Our bridal suite room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. I had a fab relax in the comfortable double ended bath (I'm 6ft) before my wedding and felt very privileged, while the competent staff finished the venue preparations for the wedding. I felt very confident leaving all plans to them. The village is lovely too with several quirky places to have photos taken. A comment from one of the guests ' perfect wedding, relaxed, pretty, informal but special with staff that ran it seamlessly. I can't recommend enough :-) Thank you so much too all staff :-)

We had our wedding here on 25th August 2018. Infact we had the entire venue from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. Every part of the weekend was faultless from the amazing food, friendly/helpful staff and attention to detail. Emma organises your wedding down to every last little detail and leaves you feeling stress free. We could not have asked for a better wedding!

My son was married at The Blue Pigeon, the Venue was perfect, with the marriage ceremony outside in the garden. We were able to decorate the venue ourselves, inside and out, the staff attentive and all the food was outstanding. A very enjoyable time was spent by all and close family stayed over for two nights, the accommodation was very comfortable, highly recommended.

The Blue Pigeons was chosen by my daughter as the venue for her wedding. She couldn't have made a better choice. The hospitality and enthusiasm of the owners and all of the staff was inspiring. The wedding guests were united in their praise for the quality and portion sizes of all of the food. Many, myself included, stated that it was the best wedding food that they had eaten. The guest rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The garden gave a perfect setting for the ceremony. This venue is the perfect package and should be on every couples list of wedding venue.

We held our wedding at The Blue Pigeons Worth on Saturday 19th August 2017, and we could not have had a more enjoyable experience it was absolulately amazing, the ceremony took place in the grounds and gazebo, which were beautifully kept , clean and tidy. Big thanks to Emma for all her hard work, organization, her warm, friendly welcome to us and all our guests, including our three dogs . We had the whole venue to us and which was beautifully presented. The wedding breakfast was absolulately delicious, plentiful and the service outstanding, every guest commented to us how much they had enjoyed the food, The enjoyment carried on into the evening, with music and yet again a delicious evening buffet, which evening guests were equally complimentary. Our day was completed by a wonderful overnight stay in the beautiful bridal suite, which is stunning, clean and very comfortable, followed by a delicious breakfast in the morning. But the most impressive part which helped to make our day so special was every single member of staff, whom were so efficient, helpful, welcoming and friendly , we really could not have asked for anything more special, so there really are not enough words to express our gratitude, thankyou ALL. xx Mr and Mrs Hemmings

My son and daughter-in-law married at The Blue Pigeons over Easter. We had the run of the hotel from the Wednesday afternoon which enabled us to decorate the venue inside and also put our stamp on the outside too. This was followed by a lovely evening meal for twelve with bubbly, a nice way to end the evening and relax before the big day. Emma runs a very slick operation and on the morning of the wedding it was decided to hold the ceremony outside as the weather had improved. Without any fuss the garden and gazebo was soon made ready and the room where the reception was held was transformed, which was most impressive. After a lovely service we were served canapés and drinks which were delicious followed by a hog roast buffet. Everyone commented on the quality of the food and how plentiful it was. It was a very special day which was relaxed and happy and just what the bride and groom had hoped for. Thank you Emma and her team who were always on hand with a smile.
