Papier Bloom is owned and run by Amy, who creates beautiful, unique paper wedding flowers from her home in Newton Abbot. She can do a range of designs, just like a fresh flower bouquet but with paper so that it lasts a lifetime.
She has a range of papers in many different colours you can choose from and can design buttonholes, freestanding paper flower walls, paper flower bouquets and much more.
