How far do you travel?
We will travel up to 2 hours away and we do not charge for mileage.
What do your prices start from?
Our prices vary depending on your requirements, times and which day of the week. We offer large discounts for midweek bookings including free mood up lighting for your walls to enhance your chosen colour theme if you have one.
Can we choose our own play list?
We would ask you for around 10 of your favourite tracks which we would guarantee on the night. You can give us more if you feel the need for us to use as a guideline although the reason all of our events are a huge success is because of our expertise and ability to read the crowd.
Do you take requests on the night?
Yes we do.
What equipment do you use?
We are constantly upgrading our equipment so that we are at the top of our game. We have to much to list but here is some you might like. For all you tech guys who want to check this out on YouTube, here is some of what we can include: RCF - ART 725-A MK2 speakers plus 2 x RCF- 705 - AS – MK 2 Subs. (This does not mean that we will attempt to shake the foundations of the building but we will deliver a very high quality sound at your desired volume). Lighting - ADJ Ninja 5RX, 3 x ADJ Stinger 2, ADJ Revo 4 (to create a dance floor), up to 6 x Inno Spot moving heads and UV lighting plus the new Opti CS Control Station including gantry, side podiums and extensions for an even more spectacular show. This is just a sample of what we offer and is what puts us in another league compared to your average mobile DJ and we challenge you to find anyone to match it at the price that we offer.
What if my wedding venue has sound restrictions?
We have worked with sound limiters on countless occasions and we will play at your chosen volume providing it is within the parameters of the sound limiter. For those of you who don't know what a sound limiter is, its a device used by venues that will automatically cut the power if the music volume goes above the decibels they have it set at.
Do you use strobe lighting?
We do have strobe lights although we prefer not to use them as they can cause people with epilepsy to have a fit. These are not to be confused with flashing lights which flash at a slower speed than strobes.
Do you offer any other services?
Other services we can provide: • Mood up lighting should this be of beneficial interest to you for your walls. This will enhance your room and compliment your chosen colour theme and decor. • 6ft interactive magic mirror photo booth with highest quality prints and all pictures can be sent directly to your guests phones allowing them to send them to their preferred social media platforms. • Our caricaturist is a very talented. His drawings are a guaranteed hit among your guests and is often the preferred choice instead of a photo booth. • Hula hoop dancer / teacher if you would like to add a real wow factor to the dance floor. She can even show your guests a few moves if anyone would like to give it a try. • We are currently offering a projector service for just an additional £75 when booked with a disco should this be of beneficial interest to you to show your favourite pictures on to a large screen or wall. This would include a bright projector, screen, laptop and stand. • Portable PA system including wireless microphones or head set. This can also provide background music during a wedding breakfast via your personal iPod or device, alternatively we can do this directly from the DJ stand. • Snow, fog or bubble machines.
How long will it take you to set up?
If we are given the choice, we prefer to set up nice and early although this is not always possible when your disco is in the same room as your wedding breakfast or if we are unable to gain access in to the venue.
