About Everlasting Events
Based in the North East of England, we are dedicated to bringing your dream day to life, in the most stress-free, sustainable way possible. Working closely with deluxe and eco conscious suppliers, we promise quality and cost effective weddings.
We offer a bespoke wedding planning service, whether it be a full wedding planning package which includes mood boarding, regular updates as well as sourcing and liaising with all necessary venues and suppliers. However, we understand each couple is unique and may not need this much support. You tell us what you need and we'll do all the leg work.
A core value that we uphold is extending the love to our planet throughout the planning process, during your big day and to highlight those benefits for the many years to come, but don't worry! We guarantee that your day will be of the exact same quality and cost but has that added element of due care for the Earth.
Everlasting Events also offers an On-the-Day Co-ordination package to provide couples with peace of mind that their day will run exactly as planned and to schedule, giving them the opportunity to relax and unwind on the biggest day of their lives.

My complete planning service is charged at 10% of your final bill.
Everlasting Events works on a percentage basis, however minimum charges do apply.
My minimum fee is £500 for a full wedding planning service, however, if you require less support, we can talk and discuss this cost.
I have a huge list of suppliers that I love to work with and who I know I can depend on. However, I love meeting new suppliers and I'm happy to work with anyone you may have in mind.
At the moment, this is not a service that I offer.
Yes! I love working with you in the run up to your day and ensuring your vision is brought to life, in fact its my favorite part. Seeing couples blissfully happy from their flowers arriving right the way through to their first dance are the moments I live for.
Designing your wedding day is a highlight of my work. I am able to source everything needed to style and bring your dream design to life.
Hi, I'm Charlotte :). I own and run Everlasting Events on my own but my team is the vendors and suppliers I have built relationships with over the years. No one can run a wedding on their own and I'm incredibly lucky that I get to choose my team for each and every wedding, ensuring each is unique.
I used to be a wedding venue coordinator myself, so I understand the trials and tribulations that can be involved. I will act as the main point of contact between yourself and your chosen venue, including regular meetings to ensure all information regarding your wedding is accurate and correct at all times.
