At Woodland Weddings we offer bespoke, creative and friendly wedding planning within Hampshire and surrounding areas. Let us make your day as spectacular as you deserve!

Our aim is to help Brides and Grooms feel as relaxed and contented on their special day, and throughout the months beforehand.

We offer a range of packages which support the happy couple throughout their journey to the altar, and provide exclusive access to outstanding services from other wedding professionals.
The three levels of service which we provide are:

Full Planning; (where desired) this includes budget management, venue handling, supplier sourcing and negotiation, contact during lead up and big day, detailed preparation and itinerary for the day and a planner with you all day to keep the wedding running smoothly and on time.

Partial Planning; supplier sourcing and some negotiation (many couple prefer to handle this themselves!), venue handling, creative advice, detailed plan for the big day and a planner with you all day to keep everything running smoothly.

On-the-day Organisation; this package is for the couple who have everything under control, but want to sit back and relax on the big day! The service includes a free consultation and a venue visit two weeks before the day, during these meetings we will get to know each other and discuss the plans for the day, we will then create a detailed itinerary for the day and supply you with a Final Fortnight Checklist, the wedding planner will then be on hand all day to prepare the venue (where desired) and keep the day running smoothly and on time.
