Hi, I'm Beth and I trained at the internationally renowned Tante Marie Culinary Academy in Surrey.
After finishing my Cordon Bleu Diploma I went on to form Indigo Squid Catering and have worked hands-on as a private chef, wedding caterer, dinner party chef and private event caterer ever since. After a number of requests I also started working as a trainer to those wishing to take their cooking to the next level.
