About White Label Bar
The White label bar is a fully customisable, lovingly converted Mercedes large (8m x10m) horsebox bar designed for any occasion. Or hire our smaller sister horsebox, Amelie's (3x3m). We want to help you make your day as special as it deserves to be.
We are Nick and Lily, the White Label Bar this is our lovingly converted Mercedes horsebox with a beautiful wooden custom-built bar. In 2019 Lily’s father set about building the most unique bar on wheels for our Wedding. We wanted a bar that was unique, given that ‘pub feel’ but also fit in with our outdoor festival style wedding.
We loved it so much we decided to open the bar up for others to enjoy. With new upgrades including draught pumps, fully customisable signage and an outside awning seating up to 25 people. Its larger than your average bar and really adds a new dimension to you event, fully set up with the awning it is 24ft x 14ft. During the lockdown, we converted a horsebox into Amélie’s, named after our daughter who was born during the build, a smaller bar for smaller spaces or a second bar at bigger weddings. Fully set up we only need a 10ft x 10ft area.
We know that organising events can be stressful, we try to make it easy. We'll meet with you to go through every element of the bar and customisations. All you need to do is dream big. We’ll do the rest and tailor a package for you.
We have plenty of experience both from our own wedding and our events and we’ll help guide you through all the key decisions:
• Pick the bar menu to suit you and your guests
• Customise the signage, picture frames, mirrors, beer mats or even have your own labelled drinks
• Decide on the awning set up. Do you want seating, a lounge, a pub, a games room? You decide.

We always design our menus with the couple to suit you and your guests. you may want some special tipples that have sentimental value, Pimm's or a special Punch or locally sourced beers. We'll work with you to make the perfect menu.
No, obviously if we can connect up that would be great! But we can bring all the water we need with us as well as a quiet gas powered generator.
A typical wedding bar or private party bar sees around 80-300 guests and we can serve this many people with ease. For larger events running into the thousands, we have the space to easily increase capacity. In addition to the large stock we can hold in the fridges, we also always bring a van that acts as a store room and cellar. In all the events we have been to we have never run out!
We supply environmentally friendly ‘vegware’ for all bar and catering needs. However, if you would like glasses let us know and we can include this in your package.
Our minimum spend is £1000. In our experience this is easily surpassed at events. Think of it this way, 100 guests need only all spend £10 each! As our packages suggest, some people like to put money behind the bar which also contributes to the minimum spend.
