After many years in the hospitality industry working her way up the ladder and through the many different facets of catering Rachel decided to set up on her own. Frustrated with Restaurant kitchens and working for companies with 'set menus', Rachel sought to create the ideal, client focussed, entirely Bespoke catering company.
At Relish, based in Uppingham, in the heart of Rutland, the UK's smallest county, the team do not leave a stone unturned; from the largest wedding to the most intimate dinner party, Relish Bespoke Catering is the team for you.
