The Pickled Fork began in Edinburgh in 2010 where the main focus was to use locally sourced and foraged ingredients to create new and exciting dishes for the public. Whilst in Edinburgh we ran weekly supper clubs and pop up restaurants which in turn moved into private catering. In 2014 The Pickled Fork moved to London where we have been establishing ourselves by hosting various pop up restaurants and offering a private catering and dining experience. Our ethos at The Pickled Fork has not changed since the beginning and we still strive for perfection in everything we create. We work closely with our supplier making sure all of our ingredients are handled with the utmost respect. We also run our own allotment where we can really get to know how things grow from start to finish giving us an edge on our competitors when it comes to fresh, local, British produce. We currently run two pop ups in South West London where we offer a four course dinner 4 times a month. We showcase the best of British, seasonal produce at a competitive price with monthly changing menus. We also offer wine pairing for each course. Moving forward our goal is to become an affordable top end catering company supplying London and its surrounding areas and countries.
