About Barley Bree Restaurant
Barley Bree is a delightful restaurant, seating up to 50 in-house and providing catering for external wedding venues. Fabrice can create a one-off menu to suit the party, whilst Alison is on hand to help choose the wines and open the champagne!
Alison and Fabrice Bouteloup bought Barley Bree in 2007. Fabrice is a French-trained chef with an impressive pedigree, whilst Alison is a wine expert who has been brought up in the hospitality industry. Five years later they have renovated the dining room, kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. After a good deal of hard work and hammering, they have created the warm, welcoming Barley Bree that has put Muthill on the foodie map.
