Amelie’s Kitchen strives to use the finest quality ingredients, to ensure that each and every cake tastes sublime.
The menu has been carefully developed to include delicious, light and creamy patisserie style buttercreams, french style conserves, silky ganaches and swiss fondant.
The kitchen has a 5 star rating (the highest) from the local council and Helen has completed a Level 2 Hygiene Certificate. Amelie’s Kitchen is all about creating the best tasting and most gorgeous looking cake for your wedding possible. Nothing leaves the kitchen unless it is 100% perfect!
Some beautiful venues that Helen has delivered to are Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, Hever Castle in Kent, Le Talbooth, Woodhall Manor, Hintlesham Hall and Bruisyard Hall to name but a few.
Although mostly self-taught she has been on courses with some of the worlds best-known wedding cake designers to perfect her craft. As well as supplying cakes to some of the regions top venues she also teaches cake decoration from her studio in Suffolk.
