The Willow Tree Bakery specialises in designing and creating beautiful and delicious cakes with you in mind using high quality ingredients to ensure they taste incredible.
I love to create modern, understated, elegant designs and my style is often less is more with a soft, romantic feel. As our name comes from the willow tree in my parents garden, I love to incorporate small elements from nature in my designs, whether that be a subtle stencil or a wild floral display of fresh or sugar flowers. I have found a love for making sugar flowers and each delicate petal is lovingly handcrafted to add a showstopping element to your cake.
Your cake should fit in seamlessly with your day so it’s important our styles and vision match up. I want to work with you to add personal touches from your special day to your cake to make it uniquely yours. This can include many elements of your wedding, such as your flowers, dress or stationery to create something perfectly for you.
During the consultation process, you will get to try several flavours from the menu in one of our tasting boxes. These are posted out to you to enjoy at home so you can fully enjoy the experience of choosing your favourite flavours. We will then have a design consultation to finalise all the details for your wedding day.

Yes we do! Our cake tasting boxes include up to 5 different flavour slices to enjoy at home. Around 4 months before your date, we’ll arrange a consultation to finalise the design details.
At least 9-12 months before your date but the sooner the better! Your date can be secured with a small booking fee and we can design your cake closer to your date.
Yes I offer a range of vegan desserts such as cupcakes and brownies.
I offer a wide range of flavours which can be seen on my Instagram highlights or my wedding brochure. I’m always happy to create something new just for you too.
Yes you can have as many flavours as you have tiers! This is a great way to ensure there is something for everyone.
Yes I deliver and set up all my wedding cakes on the morning of your wedding. I will arrange a mutually convenient time with your venue taking into account the timeline of your day.
I deliver to Oxfordshire, The Cotswolds and surrounding counties. I can travel further afield so please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
I have a range of cake stands available to hire to suit different wedding themes. There is a small hire fee and a security deposit which is refunded upon return of the stand.
