A traditional rich moist fruit cake with fruit steeped in brandy. At least 3 months notice is required for this cake in order to achieve optimum eating quality.
Light Fruit Cake - A lighter alternative to a darker richer fruit cake, using tropical fruits.
Chocolate Mocha Cake - A rich and dense chocolate cake, moist and delicious.
Lemon Cake - Very fresh
Spiced Carrot Cake - Very light and moist with rum soaked raisins and citrus syrup.
Orange and Almond - A very moist and flavoursome flourless sponge(Gluten free).
Madagascan Vanilla - VA simple and traditional vanilla sponge.
Chocolate and Cherry cake - An indulgent rich chocolate cake with rum soaked glace cherries.

All iced cakes (except chocolate) are traditionally made with a layer of marzipan which keeps the cake moist and in top condition as well as giving a smooth texture for icing. Although this is the most recommended method, it is possible to use a thin layer of white chocolate or vanilla butter cream if preferred. Cakes may be iced using sugarpaste icing, a soft eating popular choice, or a more traditional and formal royal icing (Weddings only).
