It's not all about the design - the taste of the cake is just as important. Signature Caked flavours include Salted Caramel, Lemon & Lavender, Carrot, and White Chocolate & Raspberry, but if there are any particular flavours you're after, we'll be able to create them.
Whether covered in fondant for a sleek elegant design, or buttercream for a more rustic look, Caked will design a stunning cake to compliment your wedding day beautifully. Specialising in sugar flowers, we can recreate your flowers in sugar. Details of your dress can be incorporated into the design, as well as colours, themes and invitation details.
We can also help with favours, whether you're after pretty iced biscuits, macarons or truffles.
After years of baking and sugar art practise, Claire trained as a pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu following an 8 year career in media. After gaining her Patisserie Diploma, she started Caked with a mission to provide couples with stunning and delicious wedding cakes.
Caked is owned and run by Claire, so you'll know that your cake will be designed, made and delivered by Claire, all from her London based kitchen, to deliver the cake of your dreams for your wedding day.
