Hello, I’m Olivia. Im a wedding artist, specialising in beautiful, sustainable, ganache creations. I love to design and create showstopping, mouthwatering pieces alongside my lovely couples, to add some edible art to add to your special day. I bring these designs to life with the help of some wonderful local florists and small business suppliers. Each bespoke creation is hand designed to your specification and hand-made using the highest quality, ethical and plastic-free products.
I am passionate about creating a stunning piece of edible artwork, that you can showcase as part of your theme and decor, then devour mouthful by delicious mouthful with your guests, once you've
finished with it!

I only take one booking per week, which allows me to dedicate my time and skills to creating you the wedding cake of your dreams.
Wedding cakes are my passion and each one is lovingly crafted with local, organic ingredients of the highest quality. I hand-make all of my delicious preserves, sauces and flavourings right down to the vanilla bean paste, that enhances the flavour of the moist sponges and silky smooth swiss meringue buttercream that fills each cake.
These are carefully covered with rich white chocolate ganache and decorated with hand made edible decorations or stunning florals sourced from local small businesses.

Our Sustainability Commitments
I run a fully sustainable business from the electric car I deliver your wedding cake in, to the compostable sugarcane bagasse clingfilm I use in my kitchen. I use only plastic free products where possible and all my ingredients are organic, fair trade and where possible, locally sourced. I hand make all my preserves, vanilla bean paste and source my flowers from local suppliers. I also use local flower farms when they are in season, to try to keep my carbon footprint low and reduce reliance on florals from abroad.
