About Story of my Dress Bridal
At Story of My Dress, we offer a friendly and relaxed dress journey in our Bridal Room & Studio in Kent. Our rails are full of modern, beautiful bridal separates and non-traditional wedding dresses, with a chance to create custom pieces by our on-site seamstress. We have our own collection of bridal designs, and six carefully sourced, home grown and international independent designers. All of our dresses are handmade in small studios, no fast fashion here!

FAQs
SOMD is an appointment-only service and you need to book in advance! Saturdays are particularly busy so book a few weeks ahead. You can book in via our website.
1.5 hrs long with full use of the shop with myself or one of my stylists and a glass of prosecco. Enough time to try on as many dresses & separates that catch your eye!
We charge a fee of £25.
Story of My Dress designs and our designer lines are all made to order, slow fashion, and not mass-produced, therefore you can not be too organised when ordering your dress!
Dresses can be made and ordered up to size 22.
As our bridal room is bijou, we ask you to bring a max of 4 guests (5 including the bride).
Yes, our veils are hand-made in our studio, including personalised embroidered veils & capes coming in many sizes and designs.
Yes, we also stock the best accessories brands out there! Eden B, A.B. Ellie, Miss Clemmie, Saint Beth and Halo & Co.
No, though we can definitely make some recommendations!
