Frequently asked questions
Do you offer trials?
Yes, I offer a ‘limitless’ trial, meaning there is no time limit on your appointment. This ensures that before you leave, you are completely happy and satisfied with the look we have created for you and you can start your wedding day with confidence.
How far in advance should I book a trial?
I usually do trials 4-8 weeks before the wedding day, because by then you will usually have most of your other details in place so we can make sure it all works together. If required it can be done at an earlier date.
How far do you travel?
I will travel as far as necessary. This may incur an additional cost.
Can you stay for the service and evening?
Your makeup and hair will last all day but I can stay for touch ups or a hair/makeup change if you require me to. There are extra charges for this service.
Do you offer hair/makeup for the mother of the bride/groom?
I offer hair and makeup for all members of the wedding party. I have previously done the hair for the father of the bride too!
Do you offer hair/makeup for junior bridesmaids/flower girls?
Yes I do. I prefer not to add makeup to very small children because I just don’t think they need it on their delicate skin, but I can certainly help with some hairstyling. Teenage bridesmaid are welcome to book on for both hair and makeup.
Do you offer airbrush makeup?
I am trained in airbrush makeup, however, I find that this kind of makeup can give a very flat appearance. Coming from an art background, I prefer to use traditional techniques and artist brushes.
What brands do you use?
I use a huge array of different brands in my kit. For my wedding work I use a lot of designer products made by Tom Ford, Chanticaille, Glossier, Nars, MAC, Biossance, Armani, Pat McGrath and Charlotte Tilbury. I also use some high street products as they are such good quality now.
Do you use cruelty-free brands?
I try to use cruelty free brands where I can but I cannot guarantee that every product will fall into this category.

I have over 12 years experience in Hollywood films, tv & wedding work. My main ethos for weddings, is naturally beautiful makeup & hair that will last all day and into the night. I am based in Oxfordshire but also cover the Cotswolds, Buckinghamshire
Film credits include making up lead actress Katherine Waterston for Warner Bros. “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” and Make-up and Hair Supervisor for Netflix No 1 rated series “Top Boy”. I also made up actress Vanessa Kirby as a bride in the movie “Me Before You”.
Your makeup and hair will be camera perfect for those photos that will last a life time, and my aim is to make you feel the very best version of yourself for your big day.
(Almost) any look can be achieved! Make-up can be kept natural and polished, or if you prefer something more striking, we can add lashes, bold lips and smokey eyes, and hair pieces can be sourced to create your dream hair.
I always carry out a ‘limitless trial’, meaning, there is no time limit and I won’t leave until you are totally happy and confident for your wedding day. This allows us both to feel completely at ease on the morning of the wedding and create a calm and fun atmosphere for you to get ready.
