Bedruthan has an indoor pool and indoor thermal spa with a giant sea-view hydropool, a steam room, sauna and caldarium and an outdoor Sensory Spa Garden. The swimming pool is open from 8am-9pm with adults only swims from 8-9am and 6-7pm. The thermal spa area including the hydropool, steam room, sauna and caldarium is open from 9am-9pm. Spa treatments are available between 10am-9pm. For spa reservations please call our team they are available from 8:30am-7:30pm every day
