The Guides for Brides Customer Service Awards bring important recognition to the wedding industry. Our aim is to reward businesses of all sizes who deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction. The awards are totally free for our advertisers to enter and we have over 20 main categories as well as special awards for more unusual sectors.

Step 1: Get reviews
Businesses should already be actively collecting as many reviews as possible to generate more enquiries and bookings. Our awards are based on the quantity and quality of your reviews, which is an added incentive to gather them. Encourage brides to leave a review by sending them a link to www.guidesforbrides.co.uk/reviews
You can also add reviews that brides have left for you elsewhere, as long as you include the bride’s first name, wedding date and venue. You will receive a badge to add to your website to encourage brides to review you. We also recommend posting this on your social media accounts.
Businesses will automatically be shortlisted based on the quantity and quality of reviews that have been left from the 1st February 2019 to the 31st January 2020. We take the number of reviews relative to the size of your business into consideration to give small businesses the same chance as larger companies.
Step 2: Fill in your questionnaire
Shortlisted businesses will be sent a short questionnaire to fill in. This is your chance to explain to our leading industry experts why your business should be the winner.
Step 3: Finalists
Industry experts will review the shortlisted businesses to identify our finalists and a winner for each category. This is based on their reviews and supporting information. Finalists will be announced and tickets will go on sale in February.
The Awards Ceremony
The Awards Ceremony will be held on Thursday 2nd April 2020 at Oxford Town Hall.
