Guides for Brides Customer Service Awards
The Guides for Brides Customer Service Awards brings a new type of recognition to the wedding industry, with the desire to reward businesses of all sizes who continue to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction. The awards are free to enter and we have over 20 main categories as well as special awards for more unusual sectors.
Step 1: Get reviews
Businesses should already be actively collecting as many reviews as possible to generate more enquiries and bookings, but as our awards are based on the quantity and quality of your reviews there is an added incentive. Encourage brides to leave a review by sending them a link to www.guidesforbrides.co.uk/reviews
You can also add reviews that brides have left for you elsewhere, as long as you include the bride’s first name, wedding date and venue.
Businesses will be shortlisted based on the quantity and quality of reviews that have been left from the 1st February 2019 to the 31st December 2019 until 10 am on the 31st December. We take the number of reviews relative to the size of your business into consideration to give small businesses the same chance as larger companies.
Step 2: Get votes
Shortlisted businesses will be sent a short questionnaire to explain to our leading industry experts why your business should be the winner. You will also receive a badge to add to your website, your listing on Guides for Brides and your social media channels to encourage brides to vote for you. You then have until the 31st January 2020 to gather as many votes as possible (again relevant to the size of your business) before the final judging.
Step 3: Finalists
Shortlisted businesses will be reviewed by industry experts to identify up our finalists and a winner for each category based on their reviews, votes and supporting information.
The Awards Ceremony
Details of our host venue and ticket prices will follow shortly.
