Guides for Brides 5* Customer Service awards – 2015 Winners

This year we launched our first 5* Customer Service Awards.  The Awards were a huge success, and we would like to congratulate everyone who was nominated or voted for. To win an Award is a huge achievement, recognising and rewarding the great customer service that these businesses have been providing in the industry. We asked each of the winners to share what this achievement meant to them. South East – Flowers by Kirsty

My business has only been going for just over 2 years so I really didn’t expect to be recognised among well established businesses. I really do LOVE what I do and so by getting this award it tells me that my passion and enthusiasm is really coming through not only with my floral creations, but also with how I treat every wedding as a one off unique, brilliant experience for my couples.
