Congratulations to all our finalists! We are so excited to celebrate with you all at our awards ceremony this year. We are looking forward to a superb meal courtesy of Oxford Fine Dining, followed by an after party thanks to Visually Sound Events. Here we have all the important information, from key details about the ceremony to an insight into our sponsors and judges. So, you should have all you need to enjoy your night!
Please note that this event is open to all who wish to attend. It is a celebration of industry success as well as a fantastic opportunity to network with top wedding professionals and to celebrate your business success in 2019 with your team.
Key Details for Finalists and Attendees
Winners of the 2020 Customer Service Awards will be announced at our Awards Ceremony on Thursday 2nd April 2020, tickets are available to purchase now.
All winners and finalists attending the Awards Ceremony will receive a personalised trophy that you can display with pride after the night. For those unable to attend the evening, trophies are available to send out at an administrative cost.
We are delighted to be hosting our 2020 Awards Ceremony at the historic Oxford Town Hall. The address for this venue is: Oxford City Council, St. Aldates, Oxford, OX1 1BX.
Getting to the Awards Ceremony
Oxford is an incredibly accessible city and you can get to the event easily by car or public transport. If you are travelling by car, there are plenty of car parks situated in Oxford City Centre and Park & Ride options. The Westgate Shopping Centre has discounted parking between 5 pm – 6 am. For more information on parking and travelling into Oxford City Centre please see Oxford City Council’s website.
Tickets are available to purchase now for £95 (+VAT) per person! As well as entry, these tickets include a glass of Prosecco on arrival, a three course meal from Oxford Fine Dining with entertainment by Ear Candy, plus an after party by Visually Sound Events.
Please note, there are only 250 tickets available to purchase and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. To avoid disappointment, please call Jackie on 01235 770078 as soon as possible to secure your tickets. You may purchase as many tickets you like for the event; please be aware that purchases of 10 tickets or more cannot be guaranteed but will be acknowledged.
Order of Proceedings
6.30 pm to 7.00 pm: Arrival and Welcome Drinks Reception
7.00 pm to 7.15 pm: Finalists’ called to Formal Dinner
7.15 pm to 9.00 pm: Three Course Formal Dinner catered by Oxford Fine Dining with Musical Performance by Ear Candy
9.00 pm to 9.45 pm: Awards Ceremony
9.45 pm to 11.00 pm: Photos, Interviews & After Party
This year’s dress code is ‘Dress to Impress’. This is an important occasion, so come dressed in your best, ready for social and photographs.
Food and Drink
Closer to the event, Jackie will be in touch with a finalised menu from Oxford Fine Dining. You and your guests will be required to select your meal choices from this menu.
You will also be able to pre-order wine for your table before the event and there will be a cash bar throughout the evening.
Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements before Friday 20th March 2020 so we can advise Oxford Fine Dining.

London Paper Crafts provide beautiful, luxury stationary including all wedding needs from save the dates to table plans. You will have already seen their high-quality work as they provided us with our gorgeous invitations for the Awards!
Nigel Chapman is a highly-skilled and experienced photographer who mainly photographs weddings in the United Kingdom but has travelled as far afield as South Africa. After doing a fantastic job last year, he will again be the resident photographer for our Customer Service Awards. We can’t wait to see all the best moments (and outfits!) of the night he is sure to capture!
With over thirty years of public speaking experience, Peter has a remarkable reputation when it comes to events! He is available as a wedding master of ceremonies and speech consultant; so, there was no one better to help host our Awards Ceremony this year. Last year, he kept everyone laughing throughout the night and did a great job with the responsibility of announcing the lucky winners! We can’t wait to see him do a fabulous job again this year.
Freezeframe Photobooths help you to capture your wedding day memories in a unique way, from photobooths to mirror booths and selfie pods. At the Customer Service Awards this year they will be entertaining everyone with their photobooth for some unforgettable photos!
