Awards Night FAQs
Winners of the 2019 Customer Service Awards will be announced at our Awards Ceremony on Thursday 28th March 2019, so if you are a finalist, tickets will be available to purchase now.
All winners and finalists attending the Awards Ceremony will receive a personalised trophy. For those unable to attend the evening, trophies are available to send out at an administrative cost.
We are delighted to be hosting our 2019 Awards Ceremony at the historic The Bodleian Libraries, Broad Street, Oxford, OX1 3BG. There are plenty of car parks situated in Oxford City Centre and Park & Ride car parks. Broad Street is a short walk from Oxford Railway Station. Tickets are now sold out to this year’s Awards. Tickets include a glass of Prosecco on arrival, a two course meal from Oxford Fine Dining, plus an after party by Visually Sound Events.
- 6.30 pm to 7.15 pm Drinks and Canapes served in the Western Library
- 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm Finalists’ Formal Dinner
- 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm Awards Ceremony
- 9.30 pm to 10.30 pm Photos, Interviews & After Party
It’s an important occasion, so come dressed in your best.
Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements before Thursday 21st March so we can advise Oxford Fine Dining.
You will be able to pre-order wine for your table before the event, and there will be a cash bar throughout the evening.
There are plenty of hotels situated within walking distance of The Bodleian Libraries. Room rates vary and some offer car parking. Here’s a selection close to Broad Street:
