The wedding world is filled with unlimited weird and wonderful cakes (of which some of the best were at Brides the Show last year), so we’ve had a look around Instagram to come up with some of our favourite cakespiration.
Sweet topper cakes are such a fun way to incorporate all of your favourite sweet treats. Not only will it taste delicious but they would look amazing on your dessert table.
We know it’s hard to believe, but that is an actual cake. We honestly can’t think of a better way to wow your guests.
Want a happily ever after wedding? Doesn’t get more happily ever after than a giant meringue rainbow cake.
Give your guests a surprise with a “double take cake”. You can have your wedding venue iced into this cake, so that although it appears traditional, once it’s turned round it’ll take your guests’ breath away.
Your guests might mistake this gorgeous creation for part of your venue décor.
Everything about this makes us want to dive in.
Preparing for an all-nighter on your wedding day? This cake screams “the morning after my wedding” and we love it.
This is my 'After the Wedding' cake which I made for @bridesmagazine . There's a trashed trifle, cake and pork pie tier. An edible plate, invitation, cookie cigarettes and rice paper confetti on a table cloth of edible lace. I think that it was a very good wedding! It will be at the Brides Show this weekend. Xx
