Radiating floral beauty, the gorgeous "flowerwall" is becoming an increasingly popular wedding trend. Opting for a wall of flowers will create a visually stunning backdrop - for your ceremony, reception or photoshoot.  Whilst the larger walls featuring real blooms can be expensive, homemade flower walls using tissue paper forms a cheaper alternative.

At Brides the Show, we found many companies selling wonderful flower wall art.  In an exclusive interview with Mary Jane, she revealed that a large wall, big enough to go behind a top table, would set you back approximately £3000. Many Jane adds coloured neon strip lights amongst the flowers to add a young, unique and unpredictable edge. The flowers are in wet oasis so last for days; if using just foliage and silk flowers it can be done in Styrofoam instead. There is MDF backing behind the flowers so the flower wall can be cut to shape - particularly effective with a big arch cut into it so guests can walk through it.

Walls of flowers are even becoming big in the celebrity wedding world. Kim and Kanye's giant flower wall of white gardenias, peonies and roses helped create the ultimate unforgettable backdrop to their lavish wedding ceremony.
