Wedding Ideas: Sarah’s wedding countdown
Dear brides to be,
Well Saturday was the most amazing day, the sun was out and everything went to plan.
I have to admit that last week was a bit stressful, but it was well worth it as everything fell into place at the right time and all of our family and friends had an amazing day.
Thank you for sharing this time with us, but we are now off on honeymoon and starting our new life as Mr and Mrs H-D.
I have included a couple of photos below, so you can see how we looked on the day! There will be more to follow, so watch this space...
Good luck with your wedding planning.

The beginning of the week did not start successfully! Having picked up the suits from Moss Bros on Sunday, my trousers were way too big! This is good as it shows I have lost weight (great!) ... but it means that we have to go back AGAIN and pick up replacements! Monday brought with it meetings with the photographer, dropping off suits with the ushers and a busy afternoon at work, aferry.co.uk .
On Tuesday, I was lucky enough to go and play golf with my Dad and Brother at Stoke Park, before going back to work on Wednesday... Wednesday evening was filled with making 98 favours, organising logistics of travelling to the church, and practising the first dance with the bride! Thursday was my final day at work for three weeks!... but I still had to fit in practising my speech and packing for the wedding and honeymoon. So today, Friday, I may have a day off work, but it is an absolutely jam packed day. Having made the final arrangements with the best man and dropped of the suits with the ushers, I need to give the ushers the details for their jobs, deliver bits and pieces to Eynsham Hall, and go to the church rehearsal. Luckily I have supper at my Mum's this evening and then going for a pint or two, before an early(ish!) night!
I would like to share with you all what I am doing in the week leading up to the big day, which will hopefully give you an insight into how hectic it can be and also the emotions that you may experience.
Don't forget to check in with me again on Monday morning!
